Thank you, James! Our resale unit was always going to be a challenging project, due to its age, and our numerous demands. From the first proposal, James blew us away with layout, which no other designer even came close to.
We were further impressed by his eye to detail, promptness, and independence. He was extremely on the ball and accomodating while organising the various shopping trips, and stayed through to his design.
The resulting space is a juxtaposition of James frankly beautiful aesthetic sense on top of our individual quirks. If I had to start this renovation journey all over again, I would pick James without hesitation. Once again, thank you, James!

The design was carried over the entire renovation period, with a lot of discussions happening on the spot. James could sketch out ideas quickly to help me visualize the space. I think this approach gives rooms to flexibility and saves a lot of time compared to what might not turn out to be practical on paper. I also feel confident that whatever problems arise, we are able to find solutions to them.

Shortly after we inked the paperwork for our new home, my Missus and I started our search for an interior designer. It was eventually narrowed down to two firms. We opted for JOJA as we felt in sync with the ideas and design language from Joan and James.
Our project TOP was delayed due to many factors amidst the Covid-19 period. The curved balls that occured along the way were handled mainly by Joan with aplomb. What impresses us is her steely resilience and can-do spirit.
